Bill’s Sparkling City Charter was founded in Corpus Christi, TX by William “Bill” Covalt Sr. in 1992. Bill decided to retire early and use his entire retirement savings to buy his first bus. His investment paid off and he ran a successful company for 22 years, his wife Bea eventually joined him.
Since Bill’s passing in 2014, Bea and her daughter- in -law, Roxanne Trevino continued to keep Bill’s dream going along with her Son, James Trevino . We have now been in business for over 30 years.
